It is with deep sorrow that MNC mourns today the passing of one of its truly iconic figures, the Honorary Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Marjoyoun National College, Mr. Cecil Hourany. His time on Earth, spanning more than a century, was marked by his deep concern about all the people around him, starting from his hometown and extending to the whole country and the Arab World. In a century full of turbulent events, he was an actor rather than a spectator, and to the last day of such a long and fruitful life, MNC, the school founded by his father, the late Fadlo Hourany,� remained his mainconcern. Cecil will be deeply missed by everyone at MNC. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
