Student Life - B5 to SIII event “Ur Recipe My Style”
Thinking of healthy and exciting recipes is a challenging daily practice. Our senior students have prepared healthy recipes to bring new life to the monotone snacks. The event started with a lecture entitled “Eat Right for Life” presented by our MNC graduate Ms. Rafif Rashid on Nov 17, 2017. Her presentation focused on classifications of nutrients, My Plate, calorie count, healthy food shopping, and keys to safer food. Students were engaged in Q&A dialogues about BMI and Weight.
After the fruitful presentation, students started moving from one station to another to collect the healthy recipes and small bites prepared by S3 and B9 students. Students and teachers voted for the best recipe and the tastiest plate to nominate for “TOP MNC CHEF”. Congratulations to the winners!�
